Background Fee:
if you did not order a detailed sketch but still want a background (that is not simple colors) it will be + $20
Rush fee:
If you want a commission done within 5 days I will charge a rush fee
5 days out: + $25
4 days out: + $35
3 days out: + $45
will not do 2 days out in most cases but if I do: + $55
Sketch:
- a base layer sketch
- can be as clean or as messy as you want
- can be in color (extra fee)
Lineart:
- Clean detailed lineart
- Can be any color
- Can't be colored in (please dont ask lmao)
Flat color:
- Clean detailed lineart
- Fully flat colors
- Basic skin and hair details
Detailed:
- Clean detailed lineart
- Fully colored
- Detailed lighting

| General Information |
| By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client/commissioner) agree to the terms outlined in this document. |
| These terms are subject to updates; the version in effect at the time of commission confirmation applies. |
| The artwork is for personal use unless agreed upon for commercial purposes. |
| Contact and Communication |
| Commissions are accepted via direct messages on any of my public platforms, or through my gmail provided. |
| Please provide clear and detailed references, descriptions, or concepts for the artwork. |
| Responses to messages or updates may take up to a few days due to workload or time zones, if I do not reply within 2 days feel free to message me again. |
| Payment |
| Payment is required 50% before the sketch is sent and 50% upon completion; however if a commission is higher than 100 dollars I will ask for 70% upfront if you are a new clinet. |
| Accepted payment methods PayPal or Venmo |
| All prices are listed in USD. |
| I will let the commissioner know of rush fees, item list for each price if needed. |
| Refunds |
| Full refunds are only issued if I have not started the commission. |
| Partial refunds are available depending on the progress of the artwork. Example: if I have only completed 30% of the artwork and you ask for a refund, I will send you 70% back. |
| No refunds after the artwork is completed. |
| Process |
| Estimated completion time will be discussed with the commissioner, it will be different with each piece due to complexity and queue (which you can see on my Trello). |
| Updates will be provided at key stages: sketch, line art, base colors, and rendering. You can also see the stages of others people’s commissions on my Trello. |
| Revisions |
| Minor revisions are allowed at each stage. |
| Major revisions may incur an additional fee after approval of the sketch, such as wanting to add objects or other people. |
| Client Rights |
| You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes: for profile pictures, wallpapers, references for your character, or to post on your online profile. |
| You may not claim the artwork as your own creation. |
| You may not alter the artwork without permission. |
| This is not required but if you post it online I will ask you link my LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/Crystalcovee to the post; or any other of my socials. |
| Artist Rights |
| I retain copyright and ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed. |
| I may post the artwork on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms. (Let me know if you prefer the work to remain private.) |
| I may use the artwork for promotional purposes. |
| I WILL NOT RESELL THE ARTWORK, AND WILL LINK YOUR SOCIAL AS MY COMMISSIONER IF POSTED. |
| Commercial Usage |
| Commercial rights (e.g., use for merchandise, branding) require a separate agreement and additional fees. |
| Cancellations and Refusals |
| I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. |
| If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided depending on the amount of work I do. |
| Offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate requests will not be accepted. I will not have my artwork, not align with my morals and beliefs. |
| Delivery |
| Final artwork will be delivered digitally in PNGs. If you would like a different format let me know! |
| Physical copies are not provided unless specifically agreed upon. |
| Prohibited Uses |
| Do not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology (e.g., NFTs, cryptocurrency). |
| Do not use the artwork for AI training or similar purposes. |
| Agreement |
| By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. |
